Tank Farms of unit sizes up to 170,000 m3. The Unit Weight of each of these tanks is 3000 Tons. The first shell coarse is of 45mm thick ASTM A537 CL 2 Steel. These plates accomodate nozzles which can transmit a flow rate of 15,000 cubic meters/hour. They are heat treated and stress relieved for continued performance. All the vertical joints are subjected to 100% NDE by radiography. The horizontal joints are welded by SAW with double girth fully automatic welding machines. All TEE joints are subjected 100% NDE by radiography.
